ANGELA MCGUIRE
Founder & Managing Director
Angela McGuire serves as Managing Director at McGuire Fecarotta & Jackson. She specializes on the placement of elite groups of associates and partners within Am Law 200 firms and top boutiques throughout the US and abroad. She brings over fifteen years of experience to law firm leaders and attorneys in areas such as individual and group acquisitions, law firm mergers, office openings, competitive intelligence and strategic market positioning.
Angela draws on her background as a lawyer and experience as an entrepreneur and business leader when creating solutions for her clients. She believes in honest, transparent and timely communication, as well as a customized approach tailored to each individual client.
As Global Managing Director, Angela is responsible for maximizing MFJ’s strategic vision and overall growth. She leads the firm’s efforts in preserving its unique client-centric and employee-focused culture, and capitalizing on business opportunities within multiple verticals.
Outside of the office, Angela enjoys cooking, volunteering and spending time with her friends and family. One of her greatest pleasures is traveling, whether for work or pleasure. She has visited nearly 45 countries and is always looking for her next adventure. Angela and her husband live in Logan Square.

Emily Lovejoy
Director | Partner, Counsel and Associate Placements
Emily Lovejoy is a Director of Partner, Counsel and Associate Placements at MFJ International. She draws from her experience leading the recruitment efforts at an elite law firm to offer valuable insights about the market and how law firms operate. She takes pride in building trusted relationships and has been revered for her understanding and strategic approach. She is transparent and always provides honest feedback about market trends. Emily has deep connections with top-tier national and international firms, as well as mid-tier and regional boutiques.
Outside of the office, Emily is passionate about travel and she loves experiencing different cultures, food and languages. She also loves being in nature and taking on a good hike in the mountains or a swim in the sea.

Lauren Fecarotta serves as a Director of Legal Recruitment. She began her career in attorney recruitment over 20 years ago and continues to enjoy helping associates and partners explore the landscape of opportunities that may better align with their talents, inspirations, and values. She understands the importance of open and honest communication and approaches her role from a place of service. In her free time, Lauren enjoys yoga, exploring new restaurants, and spending time in nature with her two children.

Robert Henry
Senior Attorney Placement Consultant
Robert Henry is the Senior Attorney Placement Consultant at McGuire Fecarotta & Jackson. Robert brings a decade of experience in career development, HR, and recruiting to his role at MFJ. He specializes in attorney career advancement and is known for building long-term relationships with associates and helping them take a strategic approach to their professional goals.
Prior to joining MFJ, Robert advised professionals across the legal, tech, and business sectors—including roles at major employers like Amazon, Microsoft, and The World Bank. His background includes leadership, client strategy, and communication coaching, which gives him a unique perspective when helping attorneys identify and pursue the right next step.
Robert graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Business Management and has worked in a range of industries, from management to career coaching, before focusing exclusively on the legal space.
Outside of work, Robert is an avid tennis player and loves to travel internationally.
